Just returned from a whole week in Cambridge singing and playing Sennfl and
Isaac. Works performed at the end of the week include Isaac's Virgo prudentissima, Sennfl's Ave Maria, Haec est dies, The
Seven last words, Glaut zu Speyer and other lieder. Tutors were Philip Thorby, David Hatcher, Jacob Heringman and
Keith McGowan. Excellent stuff. I have also been showing the embryo book around and getting comments on it. Just got to go
back and work on it now. Many of the people on the course fell in love with the music of Sennfl!
